- Minimum Order Quantity
Our MOQ is not less than USD2,000 for wholesale and more the 100PCS each item for order or OEM/ODM.
- Sample Availability & Policy
For our new customer, we will charge double price of the samples and will returned the extra cost after your order. If you need a custom design, we will charge an additional custom design fee. If you are not satisfactory with our samples, please give us your detailed requirements so that we can improve the design, and we promise to provide the second-time samples for free.
- Payment
If your purchase order is less than US $3,000, please use the Western Union for payment. If more than US $5,000, please use T/T payment. If more than US $3,000 but less than US $5,000, both of two methods are acceptable.
- Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
We assure quality of your order same as the samples and delivery would strictly follows the agreement.
- Export/Import Processing Support
Any inquiry will be replied by our professional staff within 24 hours. We will assist you in shipment, insurance and offering documents for clearance and etc.
